Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 2026
We deeply respect your time and energy, and dedicate substantial preparatory time to calculating and analyzing your astrological charts before every session.
1. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may reschedule your appointment free of charge by contacting our sanctum at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or email.
2. Completed Consultations
Because astrological consultations involve bespoke time, chart analysis, and direct intellectual service delivery by Namitaa Sharma, fees for completed consultations are non-refundable.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event that a session is canceled by our sanctum due to unforeseen spiritual or personal emergencies, you will be offered the choice of an immediate priority reschedule or a 100% full refund.
